I'm Miki Atonio. For years I worked restaurant content shoots across Southern California alongside Michele Leocadio — Yelp Elite Level 10, Google Local Guide Level 9, 62 million views, 21.7k followers. We'd spend a full day inside a restaurant. Shoot the food. Michele would post, review, share — and you could feel it work.

Then one afternoon, still parked outside a restaurant we'd just wrapped, I typed into ChatGPT: "Best Mexican food in Orange County with gluten-free options."

The place we spent hours shooting wasn't mentioned. Not once.

The food was better than what AI recommended. The owner had been there six years. None of it mattered.

Because the infrastructure AI reads simply wasn't there. No alert fires when this happens. Just tables that never got filled by people who were already looking for exactly what that restaurant offered.
