Accessibility Statement — Elev8ed Media Hub LLC

Accessibility Statement

Effective: June 1, 2025 Last Updated: May 1, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Elev8ed Media Hub LLC is committed to ensuring that its digital properties are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that every person should be able to access, navigate, and use our websites and services without barriers.

We are actively working to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

2. Scope of This Statement

Digital Properties Covered

This Accessibility Statement applies to the following digital properties operated or managed by Elev8ed Media Hub LLC:

  • elev8edmediahub.com — our primary company website
  • Elev8ed-powered restaurant ordering pages — branded direct ordering pages deployed on behalf of restaurant clients
  • GoHighLevel (GHL)-hosted pages and forms — including onboarding hubs, client setup pages, opt-in forms, and lead capture pages hosted through our marketing infrastructure
Third-Party Exclusions

Certain components embedded in or linked from our properties are operated by third-party providers and are not fully within Elev8ed's control. These include:

  • Square online ordering and payment checkout flows
  • Uber Direct and DoorDash Drive delivery status and tracking interfaces
  • Third-party review platforms (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor)
  • External social media platforms linked from our properties

We encourage those providers to meet accessibility standards and will flag known barriers to our clients. Elev8ed cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content or interfaces.

3. Standards We Follow

Our target compliance standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This standard encompasses the following four principles, known as POUR:

PrincipleWhat It Means
PerceivableInformation and interface components are presented in ways all users can perceive, including through assistive technologies.
OperableInterface components and navigation are operable by keyboard, switch access, and other assistive input methods — not only a mouse.
UnderstandableInformation and the operation of user interface components are understandable, with clear language and predictable behavior.
RobustContent is robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents and assistive technologies.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Screen Readers

Our properties are designed to be compatible with commonly used screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver on Apple devices. We use semantic HTML5 markup, ARIA landmark roles, and descriptive alt text on images to support screen reader navigation.

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements — links, buttons, forms, and menus — are reachable and operable by keyboard alone. Focus indicators are visible on all interactive components. Tab order follows a logical reading sequence throughout each page.

Color and Contrast

Text and interactive elements meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their backgrounds (WCAG 2.1 Level AA minimum). Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information.

Text Resize and Zoom

Our pages support browser-level text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. Layouts are responsive and reflow at smaller viewport sizes without requiring horizontal scrolling.

5. Known Limitations and Ongoing Work

We are actively working to identify and remediate accessibility barriers across all properties. Known limitations we are currently addressing include:

  • Some older embedded content and legacy templates may not yet meet full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance — remediation is in progress on a rolling basis
  • Video content produced prior to March 2025 may not include captions or audio descriptions — we are retroactively adding these
  • Some third-party form embeds (including certain GoHighLevel widget variants) have known ARIA label gaps that we have flagged with the provider
  • PDF downloads may not yet be fully tagged for screen reader access — we are converting these to accessible HTML equivalents where feasible

Our timeline: We review accessibility across all primary properties on a quarterly basis. New features and pages are reviewed for accessibility compliance before publication as part of our standard development process.

What to Include in Your Request

To help us respond efficiently, please describe the barrier you encountered, the URL of the specific page, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and what you were trying to accomplish.

7. California Rights

★ California — Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civil Code § 51)

California's Unruh Civil Rights Act provides that all persons within the State of California are entitled to full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, and services in all business establishments of every kind whatsoever. Violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are also violations of the Unruh Act.

Elev8ed Media Hub LLC is committed to providing equal access to its digital services for all California residents. If you are a California resident and you believe you have experienced a barrier to equal access, please contact us using the information in Section 6. We will respond and work to resolve the issue promptly.

★ California — ADA Title III and Website Accessibility

Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act requires places of public accommodation to provide equal access to individuals with disabilities. Federal courts and the Department of Justice have consistently held that websites operated by businesses serving the public are subject to Title III.

California courts apply the Unruh Act as a parallel and independently enforceable obligation, providing additional remedies for California residents who experience discrimination based on disability in connection with a business's website or digital services.

Our accessibility program is designed to meet both federal ADA requirements and California's Unruh Act obligations. We welcome feedback from any California resident about the accessibility of our digital properties.

8. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Elev8ed Media Hub LLC integrates third-party services and platforms as part of the infrastructure it operates on behalf of restaurant clients. The following third-party components may be present on Elev8ed-powered properties and are not fully within our accessibility control:

  • Square Online: Online ordering pages and checkout flows use Square's hosted checkout infrastructure. Square's accessibility commitments are governed by Square's own policies.
  • Uber Direct and DoorDash Drive: Delivery status pages, driver tracking interfaces, and customer-facing delivery notifications are operated by those providers.
  • GoHighLevel (GHL): Certain form widgets, SMS opt-in pages, and embedded scheduling tools are generated through GHL's platform. We implement accessibility best practices within the customization options available to us.
  • Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor: External review platform pages and embedded widgets are governed by those platforms' own accessibility programs.

We advocate for accessibility with each of our technology partners and select partners that demonstrate a commitment to inclusive design.
